Assessment Task
If your profile is a fit, we'll either send you a short real-world task or invite you for an onsite visit — depending on the role. Either way, it's a chance to show us how you think and what you can do.

Founder Interview
A direct, honest conversation with the founder. No HR scripts, no panel pressure. Just two people figuring out if we can build something great together.

Where are you located?
Elixo is a US-registered company (Elixo Group LLC) with our team and office based in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. All current positions are onsite at our Dhaka office.
