We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of design across client projects and internal products — someone who thinks beyond visuals and understands how design decisions affect real users and real businesses.
Most of what you’ll be working on are websites, web applications, mobile apps, and eCommerce platforms for international clients. Alongside that, we’re building our own internal products where your design decisions will directly shape the product direction.
This is not a role for someone who just makes things look good. It’s for someone who thinks in systems, understands user behavior, and can take a rough idea from discovery all the way through to a polished, production-ready design.

Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX across client projects and internal Elixo products
- Own the full design process — discovery, wireframes, user flows, UI, prototypes, and developer handoff
- Design for websites, web applications, mobile apps, and eCommerce platforms
- Build and maintain scalable design systems used across multiple products
- Collaborate directly with developers to ensure clean, accurate implementation
- Turn rough briefs and early-stage ideas into clear product flows and polished interfaces
- Apply strong hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color decisions across every screen
- Give and receive design feedback clearly and constructively
- Stay current with modern UI/UX trends and bring fresh thinking to every project
- Work closely with the founder on design quality and product direction
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with real shipped work
- Strong Figma skills — components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and clean handoff
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile
- Deep understanding of UX — flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
- Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens
- Strong visual taste and sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with developers and understanding technical constraints
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS — enough to communicate clearly with developers
- Daily fluency with modern AI design tools — Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, or similar
- Good written English and clear communication
Bonus: SaaS product design experience, eCommerce UX (Shopify or WooCommerce), design system experience at scale, or basic motion and interaction design

Compensation
BDT 40,000 – 70,000 / month
Based on experience, design quality, and portfolio strength.
